Payment Issues

I put in my credit card number but it says payment failed. I have tried this over the past few days and it doesn't work. What do I do?

In this case, could you try processing this on another browser, and/or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, please try another device. 

 

Could you also send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please so hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
