Hello i tried buy student account but i haven't document for demonstration of my studentship. Then i bought normal premium license but service fee was charged twice from my credit card.

1 - Student Account 6.90 TRY

2 - Normal Account 13.90 TRY

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify to your account's email address, it's very likely that it's just a pending charge. There's more info about this here. Since you're mentioning that you've already purchased a regular Premium subscription, you're good to go. Enjoy the music!
