Hey @31safefl3v5qe4oiiuct, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been double charged for a certain month. It's possible that you've had some failed payments on your account for the past few months, and the system was able to take the payments with a certain delay.

 

This could make it look like you're not getting a full month of Premium but it's just the system catching up on earlier payments. If that's not the case, you could also take a look at this page to see what you can do to check if you have a Premium second account with Spotify for which you are getting charged.
