Hi,
On February 13 of this year, as I moved countries from Portugal (previously premium account) to Australia, I have paid for a premium account, through your website, to which I do not have access to yet.

Can you please let me know why I am not able to access the premium features? 
I has been more than 2 months and when I try to log in as a premium account member it states that payment has failed, but I have receive a receipt from you (highlighted above and attached) and the money has been taken from my account. 
 
Don't have another email, and tried with facebook and email in several devices.
