Payment “failed”. Aka a hoax

Payment “failed”. Aka a hoax

I have had a premium plan for over five years. This mega corporation couldn’t be bothered to make an in app notification saying “price has changed” or something along those lines. Instead it is a notification that my “payment failed”. Over and over. After updating my info three separate times correctly with a card I use multiple times a week, it finally forces me to downgrade. Now, when I tried again to get premium, the only way I can get premium again is to subject myself to $21 a MONTH?!?! For an individual? That apple music looks better and better. Oh and sound quality is better too. If you wanted to charge more that should have been made clear. I am not desperate enough for your service that I am paying $21 in a failing economy. Honesty is the best policy, Spotify. Hope this helped. 😉

Unfortunately, you didn't provide the name of the country you live in, so I'll be assuming US. According to the Spotify US page, Premium Individual only costs $11.99/month.

If you're seeing an entirely different price though, feel free to post a screenshot! 🙂
