My Question or Issue

 Hi, 

I cannot make any payment regarding Spotify on my account. I have done everything that you’re suggesting in the trouble shooting section..

 

Background: 

About two weeks ago, my credit card and my cellphone was stolen. I bought a new cellphone and cancel my past credit and order a new one. I have now received the new credit card about a week ago.  I have call the credit company regarding foreign purchases and it’s all working. 

 

I have been on a family premium contract for about one year now. However, we moved recently and my postal code has changed. (Associated with my credit card, etc) 

 

Also, because of the credit card lost, my premium family account was canceled before I had the time to reenter my new credit card. 

 

I still cannot rebuy the family premium deal, It does not allow me... please help.
