My Question or Issue

I was able to pay for the subscription for the 1st month of my Premium Family plan, but after the first month it says my payment has failed and I need to update my payment details. However, when I do exactly that, it  would still say payment failed. I have verified my details of my card's payment to be correct but it will still say payment failed.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

 

You can start off by taking a look at this page to see if your cards meet all of our requirements. It's important that the card is enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases. You can contact your bank or credit company to check.

 

It's also worth giving it a shot in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.
