Ualá Card Error

Hi, I have a Ualá prepaid debit card (MasterCard) associated to my account, which I use to pay for my family plan. With each new payment, the app tells me that the payment failed, and when I try to update my payment info, a message that says "Ha ocurrido un error en el pago. Vuelve a intentarlo o usa otro método de pago" pops up. Help!

I'll be happy to help.

First, try updating your payment method using a different browser or private window. If that doesn't help, try following all troubleshooting steps provided here.

 

If you're still having trouble, check in with your financial institution to see if they allow recurring transactions. You can also use a different payment method if possible.

Hi Billy! I just tried what you said and it still doesn´t work :(. I´ll try contacting Uala´s customer service. Thanks for trying though, I left you a like for that!
