Have paid for spotify for months and now decide the way I pay is not accepted so was told I have a ban from getting family plan

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your subscription. Try resubscribing to Premium for Family here using an incognito window to see if the issue persists.

 

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
