Why there are still advertisements and i can't play songs offline even i paid for premium

If you've already paid for Premium but you can't see the Premium features, we'd first recommend logging out and back in. This will force the synchronization of the info on your account and you should be able to enjoy your subscription.


If this doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest making sure that the payment was successful. In case it wasn't, you can try again using an incognito window or a different device. Also, make sure your bank or payment provider has your correct details. They may need to verify your identity for security, e.g. with a password, PIN, fingerprint, or code sent to your device.


Lastly, if the ads you're hearing are in podcasts, keep in mind that this is an expected behavior. Spotify gives the podcast hosts the option to choose if they would like to have a dynamic ad slot in their podcast, but that isn't something Spotify can control - it's up to the individual podcast owners if they choose to have that type of ad in their content.
