My Question or Issue

Estou sendo cobrado 2 vezes. Paguei 11 reais(o meu Premium student), porém cobrou 21 reais na fatura do meu cartão e eu não faço a menor ideia de onde veio isso. Já tentei olhar no histórico, mas não encontrei nada.
