Question or Issue

So I pay my subscription through my phone bill. And in the last two months, for some reason, I've been charged but my subscription didn't get extended. Just this month, actually, only a few days ago I had a balance of around.. 17,52€, I think, on the app on which I pay my phone bill and spotify. And I was charged, as usual, and my balance is now 7,51€, but my subscription just got canceled by Spotify because my payment is supposedly due.

Hey @user-removed,

 

If your plan is with a partner company (e.g. your phone or internet provider), they manage your payments. You'll need to speak to them about anything payment related.

 

In order to reach out to your provider directly go to your account page > scroll to Your plan and under Payment you should see link. Click on that link and you should be able to contact them.
