Hello, 

I have a premium Spotify plan, and my card expired in March.

When trying to enter my new card into Update payment details on Spotify Website, it indicates that payment failed again and that I need to add another card. 

 

My new card has the same details as the one that expired in March, except for the expiry date and cryptogramme.

I recently activated it and I also called my bank who confirmed the new card was completely active.

So I'm not sure why Spotify keeps indicating Payment failed with the new card... Could someone please help?
