My Question or Issue

I have updated my payment method to another credit card but I am still getting charged to my old credit card which is essentially double billing for 2 months now. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

You can check your receipts page to see if there are any of the additional charges listed. If there aren't, you likely have a second account and you can check out this FAQ article for some more info.
