Hello community,
I'm a premium member and at first wanted to change the payment method so I clicked "direct debit". But now I decided to stay with payment over my mobile phone provider. No bank data is submittet so far. Do I have to do anything? In my account it says payment is "direct debit".

Thanks for the info. Everything seems to be in order with the account, only the webpage itself seems to be off. You can try changing the country of the page in the bottom right corner. Alternatively, try using this link instead.

Thanks for posting in the Community.
If you see the "direct debit" as payment method set in your account page, the next payment will be made through this payment method.
If you want to change this, you'll have to switch the payment method to carrier billing again.

OK, my concern was when I switch to carrier billing again I create a second premium abo. Is it unfoundet?

If you just change the payment method and manage everything under your one correct account, then you will only have one subscription and you won't be charged more than the usual.

I switched back to carrier billing while logged in.
A new and a bit confusing thing is when I check my account overview I get redirected to the english US site. Former a german site.
Payment method says "us.cellular - pay by mobile"
I hope it's all correct.
