My Question or issue 

So I can’t change the card associated with my account. I recently had to get a new card with my bank and after that Spotify won’t let me change my card. When I enter my card details it tells me that the payment failed and to use a different payment method. Tried that. I can not enter any new payment method to my account. I’ve attempted all of your suggested troubleshooting methods and nothing works. It’s not a problem with my bank either I have already gone to them. I really do not want to make a new account please help. Spotify really needs a call support line.

I followed every step on every link I could find on your support page that was relevant. All of them. If you require a complete list I could do that as well.

Yes, a list would be great! For example, different device, a different browser, incognito mode, etc.

I have tried to use a different payment method or card, I don’t have insufficient funds, it’s registered to the same country as my account, not expired, nothing wrong with my card or banks settings. I have already gone to my bank and got a second new card over this issue. I have used incognito mode with multiple different cards on multiple different devices. Also I don’t believe it’s a temporary issue because I have tried daily over the past couple weeks. No matter what I try it just says payment failed. Oh also my card works for other subscriptions, just not Spotify. The only thing I have not tried that I can think of is using my card on a completely new account and see if the issue is with my account. Please help me before I have to make a new account I have too much on this one.
