Payment with Credit Card Failed

I renew my credit card which I use for Sporify Premium suscription.  I've got message which say spotify could not renew my account. So, I tried to renew my payment informations with my new card but it failed. I tried another credit card of mine but it failed too. I cancelled my premium account to free and tried again. But the result were the same. I am sure that the cards are ok for balance or open for foreign country payments. 

Please, help me.
