I created a new acc Spotify using my Facebook profile and I did the payment but my acc premium doesn't work.

Please follow this article, it explains what you can do to get your Premium to work.

The most usual cause is having two accounts as well. Make sure you're logging into the same Spotify account mentioned in the Spotify subscription mail. See this article for additional information and help.

im trying to pay again my spotify premium with my family but it doesnt work i called to my bank but they said everything its okey with the card.. so what can i do to solve this problem with spotify?
