My Question or Issue

I have an iPhone 6, and my bank statements are saying that I paid for spoitfy premium on 28th of may but it’s due to come out now, I have just received an email saying they couldn’t take the payment

I’m not wanting to pay for it I want to know why it’s already taken a payment then wanting to take another one
