My Question or Issue

I am having this issue i pay for the Premium service but at  Subscripition and Payment apears that i do not have a premium Spotify . I do have the card transfer images . I want to cancel my payments , please help

To confirm and help you further, you're trying to cancel your Premium subscription but you're not able to log in?

Thanks for the reply . My account works just fine , it doesn't show that i do have a premium ... , but as prof i have the monthly money transfer .

I tried this possible solutions allready . Please cancel the payments on the account *snip*s far as my later action will be to not give up from app service
