  • Hello! I have received an email from you about payment. Then, I checked payment details and saw that I had paid in 12.29.2023. Despite the fact that I had paid, Spotify said to me I needed to pay again.

Thanks for confirming, @SatoruSleven 🙂 In that case, there is a very high chance that the email is legit.

 

When there are multiple failed attempts, payments can get booked at a later date but this doesn't change the billing date. It's best to check your receipts page for any payments made - it's usually more accurate than the billing date on your Account Overview page.

 

I also recommend double-checking your payment method if it's working properly. Or you can try using a different one.
