Make sure you check if the payment works when using a private/incognito windowas this lets you avoid issues with your browser's cache. Another thing you can try is using a different kind of browser.
If you still can't pay for your subscription, try again on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.
Alternatively, you can always reach out to the issuer of your payment card since they can confirm for you what happened with the transaction and give you more info about it.
