Dear Spotify!
I am from Russia and soon I will miss the way to pay my premium account due to restrictions from MC/Visa. I believe your mission is to unlock the potential of human creativity and not to limit it instead. Would it be possible to make year subscription for Russian people? I believe music as any piece of art doesn’t have borders. Thank you.thank

Hey @lelaitchaud, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Due to the new external restrictions related to the major payment providers, the Premium Service is no longer available for purchase in Russia. If you are an existing Premium customer, this means that the next renewal payment may unfortunately fail. If Spotify is unable to successfully process your next payment, your Spotify subscription will automatically convert to the Free service once your payment has failed. 

 

However, you will not lose any content on your account like saved songs, playlists, and settings.

I'll also pass your feedback on to the right folks regarding the yearly subscription.
