Gift code activation

I bought an gift card on a russian online shopping site Ozon.ru .  And when i am tring to activate it, it shows me error. Now, after about 3 hours later, the page for redeem dissapear and it says the page is not found. Can i still activate premium or it is impossible?

Due to new external restrictions, Spotify is not accepting prepaid cards at this time. If you have an unused prepaid card, please contact the retailer for a potential refund.
