Podcast ads with Premium subscription

Why do I get ads on podcasts with Premium subscription? 

It's breaking the whole experience of using Spotify with premium subscription. 

Should i assume it will become the norm? Why podcasters are not paid from subscription pool? What's the difference between podcasts and music media wise? 

Strongly considering switching to other music providers. Even if they do the same but cost less.

Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience, however, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages. There’s more info about this here.
