My Question or Issue

I have changed my subscription from premium to duo family. I have shared the activation link through messenger with my partner who managed to verify the address correctly. My partner nevertheless had already a free account and during the process of login she logged in with the existing account from Facebook. Her account is still free and we can’t use another activation link. 

i would appreciate your help.

The issue has been fixed after logging out and in again in my Partners account. Now is also premium so nothing to be done. 🙂
