My Question or Issue
Beginning of October I was notified per mail that the price for the Premium Duo will increase as of 1st of January 2024 and I was asked to confirm via app or mail if I agree to continue. I did and also got a reply that I accepted the new plan. Today suddenly my wife receives an email that she no longer has the Duo plan because either the plan was canceled, or I, the owner of the plan kicked her out. Upon verifying my account I found that I am currently running a Free account. I need to mention that I did not receive any email from Spotify whatsoever.
Did anyone else encounter similar issue?
I am also amazed that Spotify does not have a customer support number where one could call and make some inquiries about the situation in order to get a quick resolution and the issue.

Willkommen im Club, ich vermute mal, da sind dann wohl SEHR viele Menschen betroffen. Da dürfen in den nächsten Stunden, Tagen usw. wohl einige Entwickler überstunden schieben.

Same. Ive lost all premium access as part of a CURRENT family plan. Just as I was happy to say that the bugs have been fixed!! *face palm* WTS-potify!? I need this fixed NOW ::: for work later on TODAY, I rely on this app for my playlists to provide my clients music to work out to. Sincerely without fathom

Same here! Und der Support ist echt ne Katastrophe ... oder auch einfach nicht existent!
Das ist maximal frustrierend!
So, habe nun eine Mail vom Support bekommen und eine Mail um das Family Abo wieder zu reaktivieren, man muss aber die Family Mitglieder neu einladen, Tarif ist noch der alte für 14,99€
