My Question or Issue

Hello,

I am reaching out because I subscribed to a Premium Family plan in order to share my account with my husband. We live together at the same address, in the same country. We both entered the exact same address on our profiles, yet despite several attempts, his account still cannot be activated.

This issue has been ongoing for several weeks now, which is not acceptable for a paid service. I kindly ask you to resolve this matter as soon as possible so that we can fully enjoy the subscription we are paying for.
