My Question or Issue

My Premium Duo cannot take payment from GoPay but when i renew my GoPay data, it keeps coming back to "Change Payment Detail" page to chose between Pulsa (SIM card Balance), Dana and GoPay without solving my GoPay payment issue (it keeps saying that my payment is failed)
Any clue ?

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

 

Could you let us know if you're currently on a recurring plan using GoPay?

 

If you aren't, would you mind trying again from an incognito window on a different device? Also, it's worth trying with a different internet connection to see if that makes the difference.

Hey, when i try to use the incognito window to renew my GoPay, it instantly worked! the payment is already done and my Premium Duo plan is continued
