Premium Family vs Basic Family in NL

Hi, I'm a user in the Netherlands. Just got an email that the price of Premium Family is going up to 21.99 euro. There's a Basic Family plan for 17.99, but I can't tell if it still offers some of the premium features like ad-free listening and downloadable music. 

Is Basic Family just Premium Family without audiobooks? Or is it more basic than that?

Right now, the Basic Family plan is essentially the same as the Premium Family plan, but without audiobooks 🙂
