My Question or Issue

I am currently subscribed to the Individual Premium plan, starting just a couple of months ago. I wish to use the Duo Premium plan, as my girlfriend lives with me and we both have the Individual Premium plan. I can go to my account and see the Duo plan option, but clicking to change to this option just constantly refreshes the page and I can't seem to change to it. I've tried logging in and out, on different devices, private windows and am looking for some help please!

Fixed! Just updating anyone who might be in a similar position, my Individual Premium plan was a gifted/trial plan. The solution was to end that subscription or wait for it to run out, then the Duo Premium could be activated. Thanks to Sunilb at Spotify Support for the quick help!
