My Question or Issue

Weighed out the pros and cons of Spotify vs Apple Music and finally got Spotify Premium, but the app isn’t giving me premium features and still says I have the free subscription. Keeps suggesting I get premium (again). Checked the email receipt and I’m signing in with the correct username (I’ve also tried signing in using the email and still nothing). Checked the subscription page online and Spotify says I have premium. I’ve logged in and out of the app, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone. I only have one account, had the same one since high school, and I don’t have a Facebook to accidentally make an account with. It just feels like I’ve gone through all the suggested problem solvers and helpful guides to fix this problem and nothing’s worked. I was really excited to get premium and it’s just been a big let down so far. Is there anyway this can be fixed or should I just go ahead and cancel premium and delete the app?

I have the same problem but I had premium already... yesterday evening it was working but in the morning all my premium benefits were blocked. I payed again and it's still blocked. I need help as well... 

I got premium about 30 min ago and have the same issues... so here is to hoping somebody has a solution.

Also if it happens to take some time for it to connect premium for some reason, do let me know.
