I recived an email about paying for a full year's worth of Premium for 99$, saving 2 months worth of payment.
I then clicked on this offer from my email and it said that i was "not eligible" for the offer.
First of all, why am I "Not eligible"?
Second, why would you send me this offer if you going to refuse it to me?
Thanks for your response.

Hey there @cyounger87, welcome to the community!
Thanks for reaching out! Sorry about that. You shouldn’t have received an email/notification if you’re not eligible. I’ll pass your feedback on to the right folks 🙂

Hi,
I had this offer in the UK too, is it a genuine offer and not just a phishing email?
I've not pressed on the link, not sure if the url was genuine. link.spotify.com/u/click....
Thanx,
Tim
The same thing happened to me. I got the email with the offer and I attempted to sign up but was told I wasn’t eligible. I carefully read the offer terms and conditions and see no reason why I shouldn’t be eligible. In fact, the offer seems to be crafted just for subscribers like me. What gives? Why send out an email with an offer that is explicitly targeted for current individual Premium subscribers, who appear to be eligible based on the offer terms and conditions, only to tell people they aren’t eligible???
Hey again @Jalten, @cyounger87 and @JamesRobert 🙂
I've passed this info backstage. Can you make sure you're all heading to https://www.spotify.com/yearly/ to get the promotion? Also, you can try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser and trying to get the offer again.
Let me know if that helped!

Joining this conversation. I do have a Premium, but trying to get the offer I too get a message stating that I am not eligible. The advise given i this thread does not help. Please sort this out.
Hi all,
Same here, I received this offer and try to go for it but I have the same message (also tried using incognito mode of my browser).
What is the right way to apply to this offer ?
Thanks,
Regards
Hey there @Morrti, welcome to the community!
Thanks for reaching out 🙂 That's indeed a current promotion, you can read more about it here.
Hope this helps!

The advice given here did not resolve things. Do we need to cancel our existing Premium memberships first? And is there a chat, email, or phone number for Spotify customer service, because from all of the problems mentioned, it seems like there is a flaw somewhere that somebody needs to fix behind the scenes.
I'm having exactly the same problem and I am also using the correct link, have tried on a different browser, etc. Please sort this out Spotify!

Apparently I was elegible for the deal and I used the offer. I paid €99,99 (Netherlands) through PayPal but in my subscription info it still refers to a general subscription to Premium of €9,99 per month being charged again in a few days, instead of the year deal. What happend to the €99,99 I paid for a year? I cannot find any info on the website nor any contact info to resolve this. Can Spotify please clarify? Thank you.
I’m experiencing the exact same problem. How am I not eligible? And what kind of business doesn’t have a customer service number???
Hi,
Thanks for the advice but judging by the issues other members have experienced I think I'll stay as I am (£9.99/mnth).
I hope that the others can resolve their issues.
Cheers,
Tim
Me too, same thing happened. I’m from Norway and the email was in Norwegian with an offer in Norwegian crones.... very confusing and disappointing
Hey again!
I've passed along all this information backstage and it's being looked into 😃
Keep an eye for any updates here.

The same is happened to me In the UK, My payment goes out tomorrow I am worried I will be charged twice!
Just checked the Invoice section on my Spotify account. The paid €99 is registered her, so I would assume this is being set of against then regular payment obligation (according to Account info scheduled on 6 December), however clarification by Spotify would be appreciated. Hope to receive an update soon.
