Hi, I recieved a mail telling me that the subscription payment had failed. However, the credit card still works perfectly.

The system will try to process the payment using the same card every few days. It's best to make sure your card meets the requirements on the picture below so your account won't go back to Free.
I'd also suggest reaching out to your bank to make sure the card is up and running.
