I've done all the troubleshooting , closed two accounts I made prior to the one I use now with Student Premium. My bank has confirmed to premium payments have went through and I still am not able to use premium. logged off , logged back in , logged off everywhere .. nothing .. help

Nothing from Spotify, but I received a text from my bank telling me my Spotify payment was confirmed, and that the money was taken out.

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status.
