Premium Problem

Premium Problem

It has almost been a week since this problem began. 

 

I had recently used my free supsciption on a separate account and was falsely charged a day earlier than it was suppose to. I canceled the subscription, but have not received any of the money back. I have contacted support twice to see if I could get the premium month switch over to this account but it still has not been resolved. I am at a loss on what I can do.
