Premium Sign Up

I think this company is scamming people by taking their information and storing into the system and saying people have signed for premium but they haven’t. The promotion for free premium for 3 months is false and that’s how they’re getting our information. I recently signed up for premium, as a first time user and the next day after signing up for the free trial they took my account and stated I’ve already had a free trial before, which I’ve never signed up for. I was logged into someone else’s account then made my own with my own information, everything was successful then the next day I no longer have premium. This recently happened to someone else and I believe this company is scamming people and taking their information.

I am sorry to hear you feel this way. Keep in mind that trial offers are for those who haven’t used Premium in the past. This means using a free trial on a different account, or having your payment method stored on another Spotify account. Spotify considers when you’ve used Premium if you have used a payment method on any of Spotify’s services in the past.
