Volume turns to zero suddenly after a song's first several seconds.

Solved!! Duo upgrade wont access partners address

My Question or IssueI just upgraded to a duo plan but it won't accept my partners address even though its the same as mine. It just says 'you have to live at the same address', which we do. Pls help as this is super frustrating. Thanks

Premium, still get commercials
