Hi - I am having this same problem. The downgrade message will not clear. I have paid for premium with a new card, but now I cannot access as this message. Locks all access. Please help!!!

I had spotify on my iphone as a free account. Decided to go premium. But you can't do that from the app. So signed up online...However, my phone app has a different user name than the premium receipt and cannot change it..so phone is not premium...
