My Question or Issue

 I am a Premium Subscriber but when I try to listen to my downloaded music/playlist offline, my playlists are greyed out.

Hey @Chinbee, thanks for reaching out.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

Could you provide us with the following info:

  • the make, model and OS version of your device
  • the version of your Spotify app

Feel free to let us know what troubleshooting you've done so far, so we can avoid repeating the steps. Also, a few screenshots or a screen recording of the issue would be very helpful and much appreciated.

 

If you haven't already, try clearing the app's cache and restarting your device to see if that does the trick.
