My Question or Issue
I paid the subscription using Google Pay UPI and the money has successfully been deducted but it doesn't reflect in my account. I have paid for an annual subscription which was available for 699. But now the money is gone and no subscription and I haven't been able to get in touch with any support member. Please help. I have attached the screenshot of the payment page where I took the barcode from and the payment confirmation from GPay

Have you checked your account overview here to see if there were any changes made regarding your subscription type ?
I would also recommend using this help page to locate all of the account registered with your details to make sure you're logged into the correct one.

Even I'm also facing this issue. I paid through Google pay upi payment. The transaction is successful and confirmed with the bank too. But my account still shows as free account.
