On Monday I was charged and I have SMS confirmation for Premium, but the app on phone and PC told me "Unable to renew..". There is the screenshot of SMS confirmation abaut the thansaction.

How can I contat the support?

Thanks for the screenshot. Could you go your account page here, and tell me when your renewal date + subscription status is? If you’re able to send me a screenshot of that, it’ll be very helpful.
