Premium Subscription

Hello, i can't use my credit card to appy premium. i tried 4-5 times and called somewhere about the credit card but they said that the card should be working,there's no problem with it. the last time i used spotify premium was in august 2019, after that i only used free. All other options are working but i still can't use it properly. i'd be glad if you could help me,thank you.

I'll be happy to help. 

Could you try upgrading to Premium by going here and selecting Spotify Premium as the new plan? If that doesn't help, try doing the same thing using a different browser or private window.

If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
