I’m sorry to hear this - but no worries, I can definitely help out here. 

First, let’s check to see if you’re subscribed to Premium. Can you go to your account > Subscription > and tell me what it says, either Free  or  Premium?

Can you go to your Receipts page, and send me a screenshot of the whole page(make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community). That’ll tell me your subscription date.
