My Question or Issue

Hi,

 

I have pay for the Premium service but my transaction has fail 3 times by the web site, I've received a notification from my bank that the last transaction that I was charged for 9,99$ but Spotify doesn't recognize the transaction on the subscription section of Account settings, even after a re-login.

I finally get answer on the SpotifyCares FaceBook. The paiement is probably on hold by my bank.
