My Question or Issue

 I have this problem. I have a family plan that it's paid every 13rd montly; but since yesterday i cant log in to any account, and if it happens, doesnt appear as premiun. Is there any problem with my account? Even some members of my family that share the account whit, cant log in at all. I appreciate you attention.

Hey @xm_0ouam-zjft, welcome to the community!

 

I suggest checking this support page, as you might have multiple Spotify accounts.

 

If you only have one account, and you're not the Family plan owner, try reaching out to them to confirm if the subscription is still running.

 

If you're the plan owner, try logging in here to check if a receipt was generated for this month. If the payment doesn't go through, the plan and all the accounts linked to it will just go back to Free.
