I have a Spotify Premiem Duo account, my account works fine but my husbands is having issues.
We have on numerous occasions uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, updated my account details, logged in and turned the phone on.
About to cancel my account and go back to Apple Music, can anyone help?

Could you ask your husband to create a new test account here? Once he does, he can test out the features on the new account and see if he's having the same issues he did on the current account that's linked to your plan.
If everything works fine there, I'll suggest steps on how to transfer content from the old account to the new one and how to remove and add a member to your Duo plan.
