My Question or Issue

 I subscribed to spotify premium back in April and nothing uneventful happened until recently, about a week ago i received a few emails or so that told me my spotify premium was getting revoked due to the fact i haven't paid for it yet. However, when i did i kept on getting errors that said "payment failed. Try again, or use a different method". fyi, i did not log in using facebook, and i did downgrade to spotify free to try and reboot the payment system, didn't work.
