Double Payment

My Spotify receipt says I've paid once a month, yet on my bank receipts it says I've been getting charged twice a month. Once on the eighth and once on the ninth. I only have one account. Help?

Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

Hi. Im trying to subscribe for a premium account by globe prepaid load but its not letting me charge the load that i have on my prepaid sim card. I have enough load to pay for the 129php 1month subscription though. Thank you.

Hello, i am trying the 30 days free premium trial and it still doesnt work, everytime im on the app it keeps telling me to get premium to ‘’ skip’’ which i already have lol so what am i suppose to do, i logged in and and out deleeted the app reloaded...
