My Question or Issue

 Hello, on the 12 april i paid my upgrade and it all went out as planed, but a week ago, on the 8 june, when I arrived in Serbia my account was free. (i downoded music in the trip whit no problem) 

i have a recepit of the payment on my personal page. 

The guy on the e-mail service told me just that the account is not active and to pay it again. What's going on?

In this case, we'd like you to log into your account here. You'll be redirected to your account's receipt page where you'll be able to check all the successful payments made into your account.

If the payment of this month of service doesn't show up in there, it means that we couldn't renew the subscription and that's why your account went back to the Free service. In that case, you'd need to resubscribe in order to continue using the Premium features.

i have the student account i should pay once in a year not every month...

Looks like there's a bit of a missunderstanding with how the student discount works.

Right now, the student discount allows you to pay less for the same Premium subscription. However, this is still renewed every month.

Every 12 months, you need to verify your student details again to keep the discount up and running.
