Premium not recognised

Premium not recognised

Hi, same problem as others have - I switched to a new computer and now my student premium subscription is no longer recognised. I have followed the instructions, but without success. My last payment went out a few days ago, but my account says the last payment was in 2014.

 

I emailed before but received no response, so I'm getting a bit frustrated.

What's the current status of your last payment? Also, we suggest logging out and back in to see if it helps with seeing your past payments.

 

If not, you might be logged into a different account. If that's the case, check out the info listed here.
